Reviewer says...
Moved in, previous tenants left a bunch of furniture that I ended up dragging out myself. Left the place a disgusting mess. The walls needed to be washed, the bathtub still had a plastic mat inside, and under it there was mould and mildew.

Bath tub faucet does not work, was never repaired. Caulking in the shower is coming off and contains mould. Carpets are coming up and away from the walls, looked like they had never even been vacuumed in years, they were covered in stains. I cleaned them myself after waiting for the landlord for two weeks to do them, never received reimbursement.

Two days after moving in, I broke out in what I thought were hives caused by the dust and filth in the carpet. It turned out to be bed bugs. When I notified my landlord, I was blamed for the infestation even though the growth stages of the bugs showed they had been there a while. Landlord treated me with nothing but disrespect after that issue came to light.

Severe mouse problem, there are multiple holes in the walls where they're coming in. They're also in the vents. Landlord said traps would be provided to me, it did not happen. I was told that "it's not a new problem."

"Emergency exit" stairs to outside are being eaten away by termites, but unfortunately it's the only way to get furniture in, as the stairs leading up to the suite from the main door are far too narrow and steep to even fit furniture in.

Took me months to receive even a copy of my lease. I was blamed for a bed bug infestation that had already been there. When I voiced my complaints, was told "Well this was never an issue before you lived here." I'm sure it wasn't an issue, because the previous tenants clearly did not mind living in a health hazard of an apartment.
