Basically:

Cons
- There's mice in the winter
- Ants in the summer
- Munroe is a very loud street to live by
- The apartment was not cleaned prior to moving in
- You can hear everything going on in the hallway
- The halls smell very musky
- A lot of the hallway lights are broken
- The stairways are swept about once a month
- Tenants aren't given a proper amount of notice when it comes to renovations, water being shut off due to repairs, entering your suite etc.
- Back and front door locks break frequently.

Pros
- The laundry is cheap
- Close to stores, schools and bus stops

I had a 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor, shortly after moving in we had an ant problem which was strange since we JUST moved in and kept the place clean. Come winter time we had a really bad mouse problem which was not taken care of for months, an exterminator was called (he wasn't told what the problem was and initially thought he was there to treat bed bugs) and we were told he would be coming back for a follow up to check traps, make sure the issue was resolved etc. But he never came back and the mice left once it was warm out.

Living close to munroe was a blessing and a curse, there is a lot of thing within walking distance and we're very close to bus stops, however, at night, there are A LOT of very loud cars that drive down Munroe.

I woke up to see construction workers outside my window, again I lived on the 3rd floor, my blinds were open since we were not told there would be construction on the side of the building.

It took 3 months to fix our closet doors and they were just put back into the already broken tracks so they broke again the second we tried to actually use them. Nothing in the apartment was cleaned before we moved in. Almost every single electrical outlet is loose causing things to frequently come unplugged.
