This building is full of BED BUGS. I lived in the building for a few years. Only in the last year had the bugs. My body was full of bites and itchy. Had to throw out a full apartment of furniture (of which my $3,500 bedroom suite), 2 couches ($1,000 each), arm chair (2 @ $500 each) amongst other pieces of furniture... had all clothing removed from closets; drawers, etc., bedding removed from beds. What furniture I had left was moved away from walls. Still this was NOT good enough for Orkin.
According to management, my unit was the ONLY one with the bugs and that I brought them into the building. Obviously with the previous comment posted on here, I definately NOT the only unit. Every week there were mattresses and other furniture out at the garbage bin area (all with evidence of Bed Bugs).
Parking lot was supposed to be resurfaced and was supposed to take one month, it took 3. Pool was supposed to be repaired and was supposed to take approximately 1 month, took whole summer and then some.
I would not recommend this building to my worst enemy, let alone any friends.

I lived on the 14th floor of the building from April to May. I rented it from April to September. So yes paid for 6 months lived there 1. I started getting bites shortly after I moved in. I mentioned it when I dropped off my second months rent and they inspected for bed bugs. The results came back clear, no bugs where found. The day after I had a friend come over early morning for a run and he fell asleep on the couch. Woke up to a bug on him. A bed bug. That would explain all the bites I had on me. I bagged it and informed management yet they still needed to book an inspection before treating. At this point it looked like I had chickenpox. I was itchy everywhere, bitten head to toe. A week later they fumigated. Preparing for the fumigation is rediculous and they say they need to fumigate again in a month. So I moved out back to my parents but kept paying rent. I also mentioned to management that the vent to my stove not having a cage to it so birds where making a nest in it. I wasn't living there anymore but went in one morning to grab food out of the fridge and found 2 birds flying around in my apartment. I called management to have the birds removed. But they didn't think of the fact that there was now bird shit all over my furniture and apartment! I needed yo call and ask them to clean it. They hired a professional cleaning company to clean, but do to the fumigation said they could not do the floors....yet if I was living there I was supposed to live with bird shit all over the place and not clean it???? I also needed to call and have them come back to clean as they only cleaned the stove where the birds came in from. They did not clean the shit that was all over the place. They came and fumigated 4 more times and every time i found new dead bugs in the apartment. For every fumigation you must remove all clothes, put them threw dryer to kill any bugs in them and move all items from walls. The whole place basically needs to be cleaned to make sure no bugs are anywhere., and the covers for the wall plugs removed. You are not allowed to enter for 6 hours after fumigation and they say not to clean for a week and not to clean 6 inches from the baseboards for a month. I don't know what they spray but I washed all my dishes before using them after every fumigation. Didn't want to eat on anything full of pesticides and well they expect you to live in the fumes....didn't like that idea either. Especially since I have a dog, didn't need her licking the floors that I wasn't allowed to clean....anyways I warmed the next tenants of the bed bug situation. I didn't live there 90% of the time I was renting and threw out my new mattress and couch because I did not want to relive the experience. These bugs can live for up to 2 years in hiding. They are impossible to get rid of and the management compagnie was no help. 100$ in laundry just to get everything ready for fumigation....the management communication was horrible, they would tell me they are coming to inspect but tell the compagnie to fumigate...so they would show up to fumigate and couldn't as nothing was prepared. I wouldn't recommend it his apartment building. Also the pool was supposed to be closed for 2 months for renovations and ended up being closed for over 6 months...all summer really
