Hi ,
I rent one of the unites on No.825 at Jan 2017 for 1 year lease , after 2 months I found a job and because I am the new comer on Canada , I had to catch the opportunity and after 2 months the transportation to my job coast me a lot and takes a lots of time so I gave an 40 days advance notice to manager by mail that I want to move out , at the date of moving she cam me to ma and told me that we rent the unite but we take full of your deposit which is half of the one month rent and you have to pay for painting (totally no need) but new tenant asked for that and also you did not cleaned the unit professionally and we have to pay to cleaner for 5 hours and 50 CAD for an hour and totally 250 CAD and 500 CAD for new painting which you will pay us extra it means despite of my 40 days notice they took my security deposit pulse 750 CAD !!! It is not the BC roles at all , they do what are they want to the tenant . If any body have the same problems let me know and we can fallow this non acceptable matter legally .
