A. Dorchester Court Apartments is "pet friendly" and the rent includes heat, water, and a storage locker. There's coin operated laundry as well. Parking is an extra $44/month.

Perfect location. Really large suites. Probably my favourite apt. I've lived in Winnipeg. The floors above each suite were creaky, and you could faintly hear the voices below your suite, but you got used to it. Only complaint was the laundry room in the basement was a bit scary, as it was dimly lit, and had someone's apartment back door opening into it. Also, sometimes the back exit to the building would freeze open. Definitely an older building, but nice spot to live.
