Reviewer says...
I'm not with Appolo (Regency Group/Carling Properties). I'm the third person in my set of friends to rent in this complex. Buildings while older are kept in good repair, elevators are kept working, hallway lights are changed quickly when burnt out and the maintenance staff does a good job keeping the interior of the buildings clean year round.

The biggest issue with the complex is the condo board cheaping out of property managers who do a poor job plowing the parking lot and shoveling the walk ways and an equally poor job in the summer of cleaning the outdoor living area. The buildings are pet friendly.

Inside the units they're freshly painted when you move in with either laminate/tile or carpet/tile flooring. Electric heat and hot water (35-40 gallons) which is unfortunate but fits the date of the buildings. You'll also not have a central A/C system but window/portable units are used throughout the complex.

You'll have a five appliance setup including a stove, dishwasher, fridge, washer and dryer and a storage closet that houses your electrical panel and your hot water tank.

I've currently lived in the complex for three years and probably will be here for a little while longer. Other pros are walking trails, amenities and being on a major bus line.
